We are thrilled to share the resounding success of The Center’s 2024 Honorarium, held under the empowering theme of “Healthcare for All.” Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our supporters and the 800 attendees who joined us, we raised an incredible $6.3 million to advance our mission of inclusive, comprehensive healthcare.
The event marked a pivotal moment in The Center’s journey with the unveiling of the Gavin J. Goorjian Community Health Center, located at 921 S. Las Vegas Blvd. This new facility symbolizes our ongoing commitment to providing affirming healthcare for the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond, making life-saving services accessible to all.

Highlights from the 2024 Honorarium
The evening was made even more memorable by two transformative gifts that will enhance the scope and reach of our healthcare services:
- A $3.5 Million Gift from the Estate of Gavin J. Goorjian
Gavin J. Goorjian, a cherished community leader and former board member, left a legacy of compassion and commitment that lives on through his generous estate gift. The new health center proudly bears his name, honoring his dedication to our community. We were deeply touched to have his husband, Jason, with us to commemorate this meaningful milestone. - A $2.2 Million Contribution from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust
This remarkable donation, presented by Trustee Walter Panzirer, will enable The Center to expand its offerings, addressing not only physical health needs but also the mental and emotional well-being of our community members. This gift embodies our shared vision of health as holistic and accessible for all.
