🌈 Welcome to Fabulous Pride Month in Las Vegas! 🎉
Every June we come together nationally and internationally to celebrate and honor LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. It's a time when individuals from all walks of life, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and those with expansive gender and sexuality identities, gather to commemorate the progress we've made and set our sights on the exciting future that awaits our incredible community. Initially inspired by the 1969 Stonewall Uprising, PRIDE Month works to amplify equality, justice, and opportunity for the LGBTQ community and its allies.
Here in Las Vegas, there are many events, activities, and activations that we invite you to participate in.
🌟 We kick off the celebrations with the LGBTQ+ Youth Enchanted Forest Prom on Saturday, June 3rd, at the dazzling Kaos in The Palms Hotel & Casino. The evening is exclusively for our young LGBTQ+ crowd aged 13 to 18, so come dressed to impress and dance the night away!
🌈 Pride Bingo is where the party never stops! Throughout the entire month of June, Station Casinos are hosting multiple dates, times, and locations where you can dab your way to victory. Here are the fabulous details:
o Green Valley Ranch – Saturday, June 3rd | 11:00 AM | $1,000 Donation
o Palace Station – Saturday, June 3rd | 9:00 PM | $500 Donation
o Boulder Station – Saturday, June 10th | 11:00 AM | $500 Donation
o Boulder Station – Saturday, June 24th |11:00 PM | $1,000 Donation (PRIDE Bingo)
o Red Rock – Thursday, June 29th | 9:00 PM | $1,000 Donation
💃 Can you feel the rhythm in the air? On Thursday, June 15th, we're turning up the heat at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Mandalay Bay for ACES Pride Night.
Today and every day, the Las Vegas Aces champion equality! The organization believes there is strength in numbers, and together we can help create a tipping point for a more inclusive world. From our fans to players, we welcome and support all people. The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a progressive pride flag. The game will feature live in game performances and entertainment by the LGBTQ+ community. Exclusive Pride merchandise will be available at both in arena locations.
🍳 Indulge in a delectable Juneteenth Brunch Jamboree on Saturday, June 17th, from 11 AM to 2 PM at The Center. 🌟 But that's not all! We're taking the party beyond the Strip, too! Join us on Sunday, June 25th, for Pahrump Proud at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino. Let's bring the magic of Pride to the neighboring communities and celebrate love wherever we go.
💉 Remember to prioritize your health! On Tuesday, June 27th, we'll be observing National HIV Testing Day at The Center from 10 AM to 7 PM. Take a proactive step in your well-being and get tested to ensure a safe and vibrant future.
🌈 INDIGIpride: Join us for the 2nd annual 2Spirit celebration on Friday, June 30th from 6-10pm at The Center! PRIDE is rooted in the liberation of black and brown trans communities. Having Indigenous spaces in Southern NV, we recognize that our ancestors had sacred people with gender fluid identities which paved the way for the spaces we get to take up. Join us to honor, celebrate, and come in solidarity ✊🏽
👗 Fashionistas, get ready to turn heads at Condom Couture on Saturday, July 8th, at Charlie's Las Vegas. This glamorous evening will showcase jaw-dropping outfits crafted entirely from, you guessed it, condoms! Prepare to be amazed and support a fantastic cause. Interested in being a designer? 🎥 Throughout the month, Vegas PBS will be airing a special collection of films, series, and stories dedicated to the LGBTQ+ experience. Tune in and immerse yourself in captivating narratives that celebrate our vibrant community.
💖 It's not just about the events! Concretti Designs will generously donate a portion of sales from their 17 shade sample boxes for the entire month of June to support The Center. Indulge in some interior decorating and show your pride at the same time!
🎶 Let the music play! The Center is featured this month in the Zia Records Tokens for Charity and Round Up for Charity Programs! 🍹 Finally, quench your thirst for both fabulous cocktails and supporting a great cause! Specialty Pride Month cocktails will be available at Four Seasons, House of Blues, and Mezcla in the Arts District. Sip on these tasty concoctions and know that a portion of the proceeds goes directly to The Center.
