The LGBTQ Center’s Inclusive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)  is a12-week program is designed specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals and those embracing alternative lifestyles, offering compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe, affirming space.

Whether you're navigating substance use, recovering from relapse, or seeking support that truly sees you—our IOP is here to meet you where you are.

What to Expect:

• Group & individual therapy (3 sessions/week, approx. 9 hours total)
• Support tailored to LGBTQ+ and alternative lifestyle communities
• Tools for emotional regulation, managing cravings, and relapse prevention
• Peer support and life skills coaching
• Access to Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm-reduction practices
• Personalized case management and recovery planning

This program helps you maintain your daily responsibilities—while prioritizing healing, community, and growth.
