The Center ID program is a safe and secure way for visitors to The Center to register their presence at The Center and to allow The Center to provide the necessary reporting for grants we receive.
We have made the registration and login process easy. If you have a Facebook account or a Google or Gmail account, you already have access. Just select the Facebook or Google from the login screen.
If you do not have a Facebook or Google account, or simply prefer to register with your own username and password, we provide that option as well.
The security and privacy of your personally identifiable information is important to The Center. We have built the Center ID system to allow visitors to control the privacy of their information. We have also extended the system to support the identity needs of transgender and gender diversity visitors and guests. If you choose to provide personal information, you may choose your preferred names, pronouns, and gender identity as part of your provide.
When you sign in with Facebook or Google, your basic profile information and email address is shared with The Center.
When you register with your own username and password, no publicly identifiable information is shared with The Center unless you edit your profile.
In both cases, your password is secured and is never accessible by The Center.
When visiting The Center or attending events hosted by The Center, you can check in at any of the iPad stations or computers by logging in with your Center ID, Facebook, or Google accounts. There are iPads located at the Front Desk at The Center and Center staff members have iPads that can be used during different programs like Qvolution.
Barcode Check In
The Center ID Program also allows you to check in by scanning a bar code. You can link your Nevada ID to your account, or you can login to your account from your iPhone and download your Center ID Pass to your Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
The Center Programs
When you attend certain events at The Center, we are required to collect information about visitors in order to satisfy reporting requirements imposed on The Center in order to receive certain grant funding. The Center ID program complies with these programs by providing only essential information required for reporting. When you check in to one of these programs, you may be asked to provide additional information.
The Center ID was designed to comply with federal HIPAA guidelines. Visitors that use the Health Clinic for HIV testing are assured of the privacy of their personal information. No medical information is stored with your Center ID program unless you personally disclose it as part of your profile.
