LGBTQ+ Center holds pop-up flea market
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The LBGTQ Center of Southern Nevada hosted its first-ever pop-up flea market Saturday.
The center opened up the market to allies in the community.
For a donation to the center, people could rent space to sell homemade goods or items they no longer needed.
Center leaders want to remind the public that while they serve the LGBTQ+ community, they are there for everyone.
“The center is here for the community not necessarily just the LGBTQ+ community but the community around us and all of Las Vegas,” said Jim McCoy, Development Manager.
The center says it saw a lot of interest in today’s event and they hope to continue the market every other month.
