Information about Affirmations and all of Community Counseling Center’s services can be found on website as well as client intake paperwork. There are informational rack cards and client referral forms at the door to the Affirmations Counseling room. When a client arrives for their appointment, the counselor will come to the lobby to get them and they do not need to check in at the desk. However, if a client comes to the front desk saying they have an appointment, please confirm which counselor they are here to see and then dial the number and extension listed above. Please do not knock on the door to the counseling room.
The fee structure or coverage can only be determined once an individual speaks with a CCC Client Care Advocate who will work with that individual to determine the appropriate coverage based on eligibility requirements. This can include whether the person has private insurance, Medicaid, Ryan White A, or meets eligibility requirements for any of the current grants that cover treatment. In the rare case where an individual does not meet any of the above, or would prefer not to utilize those options, there is a sliding fee available that is determined based on level of income as well as an intern counseling program where a client can work with a supervised graduate student or post graduate intern. Please refer interested parties to the on-site Affirmations counselors or the CCC mainline 702-369-8700 for more information.
